We are committed to delivering your products fresh and in a timely manner.

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times are:

 

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Orders

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Perishable Product Notice

Due to the nature of our products (including sea moss gel), we recommend being available to receive your package upon delivery. We are not responsible for products left outside for extended periods after delivery.

 

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@purevitalmoss.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
