Do to the nature of our handmade wellness products, all sales are final.  We do not accept returns once an order has been shipped or delivered.  If your item arrives damaged , incorrect or there is an issue with your order , please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@purevitalmoss.com with your order number and photos .  We will review the situation and work to make it right.
